| We will snowshoe out to our destination by day, enjoy a beautiful Sierra Nevada mountain sunset and trek back to our starting point under a starlit sky. The beauty of the changing dusk sky is not to be missed.Cost: $7.50; Does not include snowshoe rental fee. Register at Trout Creek Recreation Center or by calling (530) 587-9437. Bring your own snowshoes or contact the Recreation Coordinator at (530) 582-9649 no later than the Wednesday prior to the hike to arrange for a rental. Hot chocolate and snacks will be provided as part of each snowshoe tour.
